Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. pickle brine
  • 2 ciabatta or hearty hoagie rolls, split and toasted
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices crisp-cooked bacon
  • 2 Vlasic® Spears, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Blend mayonnaise with parsley and pickle brine in a small bowl.
  2. For each sandwich, evenly spread mayonnaise mixture on toasted rolls. Layer each with half the tomatoes, bacon, pickles and lettuce.
